*PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE ASK MYSTAY PLATFORM OR THE DOORLOOM WEBSITE SERVICES. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

1. Definitions

• “Company” refers to AskMyStay and Doorloom, owned and operated by Doorloom Private Limited, registered under Indian law.
• “Platform” refers to the AskMyStay vacation rental search engine and any associated services.
• “Host” means a person or entity listing vacation rental properties on the Platform and/or receiving a subdomain or custom domain website hosted or pointed by the Company.
• “Guest/User” refers to a person using the Platform to search for properties and/or contact Hosts.
• “Subdomain” refers to a custom web address hosted under doorloom.com for the Host’s property website.
• “Services” refers to property search, listing, website hosting or pointing, and related features offered by the Company.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform and/or receiving a Doorloom subdomain or custom domain hosting services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Host Listing Policy.

3. Nature of Services

• AskMyStay acts solely as a search engine and directory to connect Guests with Hosts.
• Doorloom provides subdomains and self-branded property websites to Hosts, which may be provided free or on a paid basis at the Company’s discretion.
• The Company also supports Host-owned custom domains by configuring hosting and DNS settings to point to the Host’s website.
• The Company does not own, operate, manage, or control any property listed on the Platform.
• All communications, negotiations, and bookings occur directly between Guests and Hosts.

4. Eligibility

• Hosts must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• Guests must be at least 18 years old to initiate property contact via the Platform.

5. Host Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and updated property information, including pricing, availability, and amenities.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including GST rules, local licensing, safety, and tax regulations.
• Maintain the content of websites hosted under Doorloom subdomains or custom domains in accordance with the Host Listing Policy.
• Clearly disclose all fees, taxes, and terms to Guests.

6. Website & Domain Usage

• Each Host may choose between:
1. A subdomain under doorloom.com (e.g., propertyname.doorloom.com), or
2. Their own custom domain name purchased and owned by the Host.
• For Host-owned domains, the Company will configure hosting services and DNS settings to point to the Host’s custom domain.
• The Company reserves the right to approve, modify, suspend, or terminate website hosting or domain pointing services at its sole discretion.
• All website content, whether hosted on a Doorloom subdomain or a Host’s custom domain, is the sole responsibility of the Host.

7. Payments & Fees

• The Company may charge fees for listings, subdomains, domain pointing, or other services.
• Fee structures may change with prior notice to Hosts.
• Non-payment of applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of services.

8. Prohibited Uses

• Misrepresentation of property details.
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Uploading illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
• Using the Platform to spam or harass other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not responsible for:
• The accuracy of property listings.
• Payment disputes between Guests and Hosts.
• Cancellations, damages, or losses arising from property stays.
• The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services.

11. Disclaimer

AskMyStay and Doorloom only provide a connection platform. All bookings, payments, and stays are independent transactions between Guests and Hosts. The Company does not act as a broker, agent, or guarantor for either party.

12. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

14. Dispute Resolution and Contact for Issues
