Key Tags with main keys have been connected to the ACs to switch them off on removing them from their place while going out. Please remove them and carry along while going out. It is forbidden to remove the keytags from the keys or each other and will result in forfeiture of the entire security deposit as it is an electrical hazard.

✓ If original house keys with keytags are lost/ broken, an amount of 1000 rupees will be deducted from the deposit towards replacement cost of the key.

✓ The inventory list of all items in the house along with replacement cost is available with the caretaker. In case of any damage, the replacement cost will be deducted from the deposit.
