All utensils can be used by guests and require to be cleaned prior checkout. However, guests may take services of the caretaker for washing of utensils at Rs 300 for one time.
Other things to note
VERY IMP, Please Note:

✓ One Original ID Copy of EACH of the guests and a Refundable Deposit of 10000 rupees is required to be deposited at the time of check-in. This is towards the security of property and house keys.

✓ Smoking is not permitted inside the house, please use balcony for smoking. Please put cigarette Butts in ash trays and not in any case in the sinks/ commode.

✓ Adequate tap water available. Water purifier available

✓ Early check-in can be considered ONLY if intimated one day in advance and on ADDLN charge of 2000 rupees AND subject to availability only for max 2 hrs , after that full day charge will be taken as per prevailing price on airbnb for that night would be applicable.

✓ Late Check out can be considered only Subject to Availability and ADDLN charge of 1000 rupees, only for max 2 hrs , after that full day charge will be taken as per prevailing price on airbnb for that night would be applicable.


Key Tags with main keys have been connected to the ACs to switch them off on removing them from their place while going out. Please remove them and carry along while going out. It is forbidden to remove the keytags from the keys or each other and will result in forfeiture of the entire security deposit as it is an electrical hazard.

✓ If original house keys with keytags are lost/ broken, an amount of 2000 rupees will be deducted from the deposit towards replacement cost of the key.

✓ The inventory list of all items in the house along with replacement cost is available with the caretaker. In case of any damage, the replacement cost will be deducted from the deposit.
