The space
Aloha Kai is a 2 BHK penthouse located in an apartment complex in Benaulim, South Goa. It is located on the second floor, atop two-storeyed building and accessible by lift

The spaces are as below

BEDROOMS
There are two well-lit bedrooms with high ceilings, both with en-suite washroom. They have a king size and queen size bed each, fit with a 6 inch pocket spring mattress, an AC and a sofa cum bed.

LIVING AREA
The living area which also has a high ceiling has a comfy seating space for upto 5 people and a dining corner. It has an AC and a smart TV connected to the internet.

KITCHEN
Adjoining the living area is a kitchen, fit with all the appliances and induction stove for a family or small group to prepare meals. There is also a service area for laundry and drying with an automatic washing machine.

**KINDLY NOTE that the complex is situated next to Benaulim Panchayat's garbage disposal and recycling area. While the guests' experience is in no way hampered by this, we have mentioned it beforehand so that guests are not surprised or taken aback by this.

The apartment, with the living area, the kitchen and the bedrooms is private and exclusive to the guests who book through us.

The open spaces on the ground floor as well as the terraces are common to all the residents/guests in the building alike.

The apartment has a private parking space for one vehicle.
Other things to note
***** Housekeeping & Cleaning *****
Once-a-day housekeeping services are offered to the guests on a daily basis during their stay. Guests may choose between the window 10 AM to 5 PM to get their housekeeping done. We would also insist that the guests stay in the apartment during the housekeeping job

Daily housekeeping includes cleaning the rooms & washrooms along with doing up the bedding. Those who wish to get their utensils washed shall need to pay Rs.150 to the staff depending upon the job.

Towels are replaced with fresh sets everyday upon request. Bed linen are changed once in three days.


***** Chef on-Call *****

We also provide chef-on-call services. It costs Rs.800/- per meal as service charges payable to the management for which the concerned person shall fetch groceries if available nearby, prepare the meals & wash the utensils.

***** Taxi & Vehicle Rentals *****
For those who are willing to avail taxi services to & from the airport or railway station, or those looking to hire two wheelers & four wheelers during your stay, we would be glad to provide you with the assistance for the same.
