Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private pool, garden, and all indoor and outdoor spaces. You’ll enjoy privacy and flexibility throughout your stay, and we’ll provide a keypad for secure, easy access to the property.
Other things to note
- Loud music not permitted post 10PM.
- Refundable security deposit of INR 10,000 will be charged on arrival.
-The security deposit is refundable in nature if no damages are caused to the property.
-Guests are requested to provide valid identification at the time of check-in.
-Please cooperate with the staff and complete all check-in and check-out formalities.
-We have a power back up of up to 4 hours in case of electricity cuts.
-A maximum of 12 people can stay at this property at a time.
-This is not a pet-friendly property, please do not bring your pets along.
-Please do not litter.
-Keep your surroundings clean and tidy.
-Guests shall be held responsible for any kind of damage to the property or any illegal activity undertaken here.
-No glassware allowed near the pool area for your own safety.
-Please let us know in advance if you wish to arrange a Pickup or drop at the Airport. (Surcharge).
-We also provide Car Rentals and Bike, Scooter Rentals.
-Please respect the check-in and check-out timings.
- Late check-out post 11AM would incur a charge of INR 3000 every additional hour, we strictly follow this rule to maintain a hassle free check in and check out experience for the guests.

NOTE - We use white bedsheets so that our guests can see the cleanliness, so kindly be mindful that any stain on the bed sheet, Duvet Cover, or Mattress cover will be charged on actuals.
It's a request, please do not drink or eat on the beds, you can use the Living area for these activities.
