1. Identification of Guests:
a. Please send us any one government identification for each of the guests intending to check in to our property, prior to checking in. This may include Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License etc.
b. You may additionally be requested to deposit one original ID with us at the time of check in, for which we will be responsible.
c. Non-Indian guests would need to provide a photo of their visa.

2. Check-in-Check-Out Times:
a. Check-In Time is 1PM.
b. Check-Out Time is 10AM.
c. Subject to availability and upon intimation to us, an early Check-In or a late Check-Out may be permitted at the rate of Rs. 500/- for each additional hour.
d. In the event of a last minute booking that alters availability during times you wish to have the property but have not officially booked, the early check-in and or late check-out will not be available.

3. Whilst at our Property:
a. Do cooperate with the security and the staff at our property and understand that they are doing their jobs in order to keep you and the premises safe and striving towards making you more comfortable.
b. Speed limit inside the premises in 10 Km Per Hour.
c. Any damages to the property, amenities, appliances etc will be recovered from the guests.
d. Lights, fans and air-conditioners ought to be switched off while leaving the premises. Failing which, and if discovered to be left wastefully on in absence of any registered occupant of the premises the main power supply will be switched off.
e. Smoking is only permitted in balconies and open spaces, and under no circumstances, is it permitted indoors.
f. The use of narcotics/illegal substances and indulgence in immoral activities will not be tolerated at our property.
g. No disrupting the peace by drinking or roughhousing after 10PM as other residents of the property should not be disturbed during the nights.
h. Our staff are extremely reliable and trustworthy, but please ensure that you are taking care of your belongings as we will not be held responsible for the loss of any valuables.
i. Our caretakers will there to assist you with whatever you need, do get in touch with them and they will sort out whatever you need.
We will share their contact details with you prior to check-in.
j. Hosts and caretakers will not be responsible for any accidents or any unforeseen events that affect the guests during the course of their stay.
h. Swimming Pool Rules must be followed, failing to do so staff will not let the guests use the pool.

4. Additional Guests:
a. Admittance to a property will only be given to the registered guests and no additional persons will be permitted.
b. Each time an additional guest enters the property, an additional fee of Rs. 750/- will be levied for each day.
c. Additional guests, even if willing to pay will only be permitted upon clearing it directly with us, the hosts.
d. ID proof of any additional person entering our property is mandatory.

5. Cleaning:
a. Kindly note that cleaning charges from this platform are paid towards setting up, cleaning up and sanitising the premises in anticipation of your arrival rather than during your stay.
b. Our staff will provide a clean-up (sweeping, swabbing, bathrooms, linens and not dishes) on alternate days, unless you request it more infrequently.
c. Linens and towels are changed once every three days if requested by guests
d. Do wash all dishes/crockery/cutlery that that is utilised by you as this is not a task undertaken by our staff.
Dishes must be returned to their respective places. Violation of this rule will be chargeable at ₹1000/-.
e. Please utilise the provided segregated garbage bins for your waste rather than leaving it lying around or putting it in the wrong bins.
f. Additional clean ups can be requested as per staff availability and will be chargeable at Rs. 400/- per day.
g. We want to make you as content as possible during your stay with us, but please do be respectful of our space. While we'd love for you to treat the premises and outdoor areas as your own and enjoy them thoroughly, please be respectful of our space and keep it reasonably clean.

6. Pets:
a. We are pet lovers, but pets are only allowed at the property subject to prior approval of the hosts.
b. Pets are chargeable, the rate of which will be discussed upon intimation to us that you wish to bring a pet along. Usually fees are ₹300/- per day for a dog and ₹100/- per day for cats.
c. You will be responsible for cleaning up after your pet and its bathroom habits. Our staff will absolutely not be picking up and accidents.
d. Please ensure that your pet is walked and does not do its business in public places on the premises where it causes a hindrance to others.
