1) The guests must leave the house in the same condition as during check-in.

2) No commercial activities are allowed on the premises.

3) Please smoke on the balcony only.

4) Please do not take the towels outside the premises. If sand or soil is found in them, damages will be charged.

5) The house can be booked for 4 adults or 2 children less than 10 years of age (child no bed). An extra bedding option is not available.

6) Parking on the premises is on a first come basis. Parking is not guaranteed.

7) No drugs, gambling, prostitution, or any other illegal activities are allowed on the premises. Guests will be reported to the concerned authorities.

8) Any damage to the white goods – ACs, TVs, Fridges, etc.- will be charged according to the local market costs. Installation and transportation costs will have to be borne by the guests.

9) Any damage to the linen shall be charged as per the list provided.

10) When not in use, kindly switch off the lights, fans, and air conditioning.

11) Kindly shut the windows of the rooms while heading out.
