Our 3-bedroom pool facing duplex Villa, suitable for 6 persons, is located at the fabulous Riviera Hermitage Complex, Arpora which shares a common entrance with the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel. The Villa is centrally located just minutes away from the popular beaches, restaurants and nightlife of North Goa.
The space
The 155 sqmt duplex villa living room opens out to the pool a few steps away.

The ground floor has the living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette which includes a cooking range, microwave, fridge, water purifier, toaster, washing machine, utensils, crockery & cutlery.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a small terrace balcony with a view of the mangroves.

All rooms including the living room are air conditioned.

The Double Tree by Hilton Hotel is within the complex and a great advantage if looking for a meal.

There is a taxi stand at the entrance - bikes and cars for self-drive are also available.

Saturday night market, Go Karting track, Splashdown waterpark, Club Cabana (popular open-air nightclub) are just a few hundred meters away.

Popular beaches of North Goa like Baga, Calangute, Vagator and Anjuna are close-by. There are tons after restaurants and bars nearby at Asagao, Anjuna and Baga just 2 km away.

The Villa is ideally located to explore North Goa in a peaceful area of Arpora and yet close by to the hustle - bustle of the popular beaches, restaurants and nightlife. Best of both worlds!

Guests have access to the large and immaculately maintained pool with sun beds.
Free car parking is available at the complex on availability. On rare occasions when not available there is safe parking available just across the main entrance.
