. Check-in time is 01:00 PM / Check-out time is 11:00 am.
. For Indian nationals, valid photo identity proof along with an address by the central/state government will
be acceptable (Driver’s License, Aadhar Card, Voter’s ID). Foreign Nationals are requested to carry a
scanned copy of their passport &visa as it is a statutory requirement (Mandatory for all foreign nationals).
Please carry the original document as well for verification.
. Due to the remote location, network connectivity (phone and internet) is sporadic on the property,
especially in the monsoon season.
. Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which
will apply to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check-in.
. Please be informed if your total amount exceeds INR 7500 by adding an extra bed/child/ room upgrade,
then 18% taxes will be applicable and the total amount will be reworked. The difference amount to be
paid at the time of check-in.
. The management is not responsible for the loss or damage of cash, valuables, belongings, etc., of the
guests. If in the event that the lost item is found, it will be returned to the guest without delay. The guests
will have to pay for courier charges.
. Smoking inside the room is not allowed at our resort, however, the guests can smoke in the designated
smoking zone/balcony.
. Management's policy prohibits the possession or consumption of any form of drugs, including weed,
marijuana, hash, ganja, etc., even in the smallest quantity on-premises.
. Guests can access to swimming pool from 07.00 AM to 07.00 PM, you are requested to carry swimming
costumes (lycra and nylon material only).
. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult during all activities at all times, the resort will
not be held responsible for any incidents.
. Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
