No smoking inside the villa. Smoking outside and in the balconies is no issues at all.

Parents are strictly responsible for safety of children who do not know how to swim. Kiddies swimming floats etc are provided by villa staff on request.

As the pool is one of the only ones in Goa made of natural stone note the stone has become a bit etched/rough due to chlorine effect so DO NOT RUN inside the pool or beware incase of playing pool ball..as you could hurt your toes.

Even though I allow 'private parties or events' note this is only for the guests booked in to stay and no events as such allowed with external guests/visitors.

Also we highly respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and hence no swimming, screaming, music or parties externally late nights anything that can cause a nuisance to neighborhood. No restrictions inside the house late nights where the party or get to gather can continue.
