Towels and the linen are changed once in 3 days . In case of daily requirements they can be provided at extra cost of 100.00 per towel / Pillow Cover per guest Bed sheet / Duvet Cover would be 150.00 .
We request the In house guests to turn off all Lights , Fans , Airconditioners , Electronics , Appliances when not in use and specially when not in the premises
Identities of all guests are a must
Early check in and late check out subject to availability and charges

1. We have a strict policy that the number of guests who may stay at our apartment must not exceed as disclosed to you whilst booking. Only those persons named on the confirmation Invoice may stay in the property. Subletting is not allowed.
2. You will have neighbors around you please respect their privacy . You can enjoy your stay in accordance with that .
• Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm at night.
• Do not take furniture out of the apartment
• Do not flush nappies/pads /plastic bags down the W.C.
• Ensure that all water taps, electrical appliances supply is turned off after use.
3. For your safety please keep the below mentioned in mind
Lock all doors and windows of the property when going out.
Please do not leave the air-conditioner on and the windows open when you go out. We shall not under any circumstances take responsibility for the loss of residents’ goods or belongings for any reason whatsoever.
4. Damage to Property
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property and its fixtures and fittings caused by them or any other person for whom they are responsible.
5. For Occupants
We will not be liable for any injury or damage to the person, business, equipment, merchandise or other property of Tenants on or about the Property,
6. Government Rules and Regulations
Guests are requested to observe Government Rules and Regulations in force, in respect of registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms etc. C Form should be filled in and handed over by non Indian guests
6 .Right to Eviction
In the event of guests not adhering to the house rules we reserve the right to evict the guest and the decision of which is reserved with us
