A 5 min drive to Anjuna Beach. 20 min drive up North to Morjim & Mandrem. 20 min drive down South to Calangute & Baga.
The space
Please note - The house is about 120meters from the gate and there are 5-6 small stairs to get to it. Also, the house is on the first floor. Hardly a 2min walk but this is to just give anyone with knee issues a heads up.

Located in a gated community in Vagator, this 1-Bedroom house features a well done up room and bathroom with an artistic vibe. Surrounded by greenery, one can enjoy the views from the balcony with the backdrop of a beautiful Banyan Tree which streams natural sunlight to light up the bedroom.

Our house consists of a full bedroom with a King size bed, AC and an attached bathroom. The bathroom has a shower unit and geyser.

There is also a beautiful living area with a couch for you to unwind in and relax.

Two-Wheeler parking is available within the gated premises and Four-Wheeler parking is available in a dedicated area, outside the premises and about a 2min walk on street level.

You will be provided with all the basic necessities like Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, Iron with Iron Board and cutlery.

There is a kitchen where you can prepare basic meals: it has all the appliances like an induction stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots, and pans. The kitchen also has an RO Water Filter.

A UPS is also available in case of power outages although the power is rarely out for more than 20mins.
