** GENERAL HOUSE RULES **

1. Guests shall kindly switch off the Lights, Geysers, ACs and Cooking Stoves when not in use

2. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, hall & kitchen. One may smoke outside in the balconies or patio. Kindly ask for an ashtray to dispose the cigarette butts

3. Guests shall kindly shut the doors & windows when the ACs are running

4. Guests shall not litter inside the house. They are requested to use the dustbins & ashtrays provided for throwing garbage & cigarette butts respectively. Any such actions shall incur a penalty as decided by the host & management of the property

5. Quiet hours after 9 PM shall be ensured. Those who wish to play music after 9 PM may do so on a lower volume inside the house

6. Narcotics & drugs are strictly prohibited. Any such possession and usage by the guests shall incur penalties as imposed by the Law & Order and the local bodies. The host reserves the right to report the same to the local authorities and will not be responsible for any consequences arising due to the same. The guests will be evicted without notice in these circumstance, and no refund shall be provided for the stay

7. Damages & losses of appliances, furnishings, utensils, linen & items in the house shall be liable to be claimed from the guests as decided by the host & management of the property

8. Visitors who wish to visit the guests would need to visit during the window between 9 AM to 6 PM with prior consent from the host. Any deviation from the rules will lead to eviction of the guests without any notice in conjunction with Airbnb's policies


** PREMISE RULES **

1. Guests shall kindly park their vehicles in the shared/designated parking space only

2. Salesmen, vendors or any other sellers are not allowed to enter inside the premises. Food delivery & e-commerce delivery persons shall need to be entertained at the doorstep

3. Guests shall kindly dispose cigarette butts in ashtrays. Those throwing/littering them in common spaces shall be penalized as per the rules of the management of the gated complex. The host will not be responsible for any consequences that arise out of the same

4. Guests shall not litter in the outer premises, deviation from which shall incur a penalty as decided by the management of the gated complex. The host will not be responsible for any consequences that arise out of the same

5. Guests shall hang clothes only on the clothing drying rack as placed by the staff and shall not hang them anywhere else

6. Guests shall kindly note that any form of damages & nuisance caused by the guests in the premises shall incur appropriate penalty as decided by the host or it could lead to eviction of the guests without any refund

7. No immoral or illegal activities as prescribed by local bodies & state laws to be carried out inside the villas & the premises. The host will not be responsible for any actions taken against the guests while deviating from the rules.


PET RULES

1. Guests shall kindly ensure the pets are not aggressive and pose no hindrance to our staff while doing their work in the premises

2. Guests shall be responsible to keep their pets clean and ensure hygiene in the villas and the premises

3. It is required that the pets are vaccinated and the guests carry proofs of their vaccinations

4. Guests shall ensure that the pets’ excrete outside the complex only and the guests clean & dispose the waste in an appropriate area outside the complex

5. The guests shall be responsible for any damages caused by their pets and any expenses incurred in the premises due to disturbances by them

6. Guests shall ensure the pets are not wiped using towels meant for guests and may use their own pet towels for the same

7. Guests shall ensure that the pets do not enter the swimming pool

8. Guests shall ensure that the pets are kept within the villa during the nights and not leashed in the outer premises


SWIMMING POOL RULES

1. Pool timings are 9 AM to 6 PM. Swimming outside this time period is strictly prohibited

2. Kindly shower before entering the pool

3. Do not dive into the pool

4. Guests shall not drink and swim. Any such action will incur a penalty as decided by the management of the gated complex. Mangrove Stays will not be responsible for any consequences that arise out of the same

5. Do not throw garbage near the pool. Doing so will incur a penalty as decided by the management of the gated complex. Mangrove Stays will not be responsible for any consequences that arise out of the same

6. Children must be supervised by the respective parents/caretakers at all the times.

7. Infants and toddlers are not allowed inside the pool

8. Pets are not allowed inside and around the pool

9. Do not eat, drink, spit and smoke in the pool. Any such action will incur a strict penalty as decided by the management of the gated complex. The host will not be responsible for any consequences that arise out of the same

10. Kindly wear proper swimwear while using the pool

11. In case of any skin ailments, sore or inflammed eyes, communicable diseases; mouth, nose and/or ear discharges; do not use the pool

12. Kindly maintain decorum and respect other's privacy

13. There is no life guard on duty at the pool

14. The host & the management is not responsible for any injuries, accidents or deaths occuring due to the usage of the pool
