The space
The listing is located in a reputed gated complex in Siolim, North Goa. It is located on the fourth floor and accessible by lift within the building

BEDROOM
There is one well-lit bedroom with en-suite washroom. It has a queen size bed, fit with a split AC and opens up to a large balcony. There's also a closet and storage space for one to deck their items.
LIVING AREA
The living area has comfy seating space for upto 4 people. It has an AC and a smart TV connected to the internet. There is a dining table cum workstation with two high chairs.
KITCHEN
Adjoining the living area is a kitchen, fit with all the appliances and stove for a small family or couple to prepare meals. There is also an automatic washing machine.
POOL & GYM
The guests have access to a common swimming pool and a gym

The apartment, with the living area, the kitchen and the bedroom along with the balcony is private and exclusive to the guests who book through us.

The apartment complex has a large well-maintained swimming pool whose access is shared by residents & guests of the complex.
The complex has a gymnasium within a clubhouse for those who wish to continue their fitness regime whilst on holiday.
Other things to note
***** Housekeeping & Cleaning *****
Once-a-day housekeeping services are offered to the guests on a daily basis during their stay. One among the windows 11 AM to 1 PM or 3 PM to 5 PM shall be chosen by the guests to get their housekeeping done. We would also insist that the guests stay in the apartment during the housekeeping job
Daily housekeeping includes cleaning the rooms & washrooms along with doing up the bedding. Those who wish to get their utensils washed shall need to pay extra to the staff depending upon the job.
Towels are replaced with fresh sets everyday upon request. Bed linen are changed once in three days.
