The space
Bonsai is a 4 BHK villa located in a reputed gated complex in Benaulim, South Goa. It is located at a convenient place within the community with ample space & privacy.

The spaces are as below

BEDROOMS
There are 4 well-lit bedrooms, out of which one has an en-suite washroom. Two washrooms are located with common access within the villa.

The ground floor has one bedroom and a common washroom. The first floor has three bedrooms, a common washroom and an attached washroom.

Each room has a queen size bed (6' x 6'), fit with a split AC and opens up to a balcony.

LIVING AREA
The living area has comfy seating space for upto 8 people and a dining area. It has two ACs and a TV connected to DTH.

KITCHEN
Adjoining the living area is an open kitchen, fit with all the appliances and two induction stoves for a family or small group to prepare meals.

POOL & GYM
The guests have access to a common swimming pool which is under the management of the society. The highlight of the villa is that the verandah faces the pool and is within reach by a few steps.
Guest access
Guess have complete private access to the villa and the spaces within. The guests who have booked the listing shall have exclusivity to the villa.

The access to the swimming pool is common to all the villas inside the complex. It is to be noted that proper decorum & adherence to pool rules shall need to be ensured here for one to have a quality time enjoying these spaces.

The host and the management shall not be responsible for any penalties levied upon the guests for breach of rules in the pool and the garden area. The penalties levied shall be final and binding by nature. The pool is a common entity and managed entirely by the society of the complex. Hence, the hosts shall not mediate or be in a position to offer any explanations. It is the responsibility of the guests to take it up with the society management from their end.

We also have a caretaker attending to the guests staying in the villa. His responsibilities include daily housekeeping, attending to grievances and preparing meals, if required for which extra charges shall be applicable.
