The space
This is a 2 BHK apartment located in a secured apartment complex in Nerul, North Goa with access to a shared swimming pool & a club-house for recreation.

Our home has a large living area, an open kitchen and a dining space with minimalistic yet elegantly designed fittings & furnishings. The living area opens up to a large balcony facing the Nerul River and the large swimming pool of the complex beneath.

We have two bedrooms, each with an ensuite washroom, fit with queen size beds, a closet and an air-conditioner. The master bedroom also has a workspace for those who wish to work or study during their holidays. Each bedroom is well ventilated and has ample natural light coupled with privacy.

The living area is a well spread space with a four-seater sofa also convertible to a bed for two. It has a 42" Smart TV connected to internet for those who wish to pass their time or spend time watching entertainment shows or sport events.

The kitchen is equipped with modular fittings and has all the amenities required to prepare anything from a cup of tea to a large spread of meals. It also has an island for folks who wish to lay their spread of meals or more so, host a private cocktail session.

The kitchen opens up to a service/drying area fit with a large sink, an automatic washing machine and a cloth drying rack.

Our home has a high speed internet connection for those who look to stay connected to the outside world, work from the home or sit back and watch their favourite shows & movies.
Guest access

The apartment, with the living area, the kitchen and the bedrooms along with the balcony is private and exclusive to the guests who book through us.


***** Spaces with shared access *****

The apartment complex has a large well-maintained swimming pool whose access is shared by residents & guests of the complex.

The complex has a gymnasium for those who wish to continue their fitness regime whilst on holiday. It also has a table-tennis setup and carrom board for recreation.

***** Visitor access *****
Please note that visitors can be allowed only on advance intimation as a strict policy. Their IDs shall need to be submitted in advance and can be allowed for not more than 2 hours.

If a visitor enjoys the premises for more than 2 hours, they will be treated as additional guests and appropriate charges shall be levied.

The host and the society management shall not be responsible if any safety and security issues arise out of the same and the host has the rights to ask the visitors to leave the property if any deviation of rules takes place.
Other things to note
***** Housekeeping & Cleaning *****
Once-a-day housekeeping services are offered to the guests on a daily basis during their stay. One among the windows 11 AM - 12 PM or 2 PM - 3 PM shall be chosen by the guests to get their housekeeping done. We would also insist that the guests stay in the apartment during the housekeeping job

Daily housekeeping includes cleaning the rooms & washrooms along with doing up the bedding. Those who wish to get their utensils washed shall need to pay extra to the staff depending upon the job.

Towels are replaced with fresh sets every 2 days. Bed linen are changed once in three days.

We also provide chef-on-call services. In the event of requirement, we would be sharing the contact details of the concerned team with whom you may share your requirements and schedule the services.

For those who are willing to avail taxi services to & from the airport or railway station, or those looking to hire two wheelers & four wheelers during your stay, we would be glad to provide you with the contact details of reliable personnel for the same.
