Guest access
Enjoy exclusive access to the entire house during your booked stay. This apartment is not shared, providing complete privacy for our guests.
Other things to note
*A copy of your government ID is required to be submitted through a simple Guest record form which is mandatory for all our guest to fill once booking is confirmed.
For non Indian passport holders it is important to fill out a “C Form” for the Foreigners Registration Office prior to your stay. (Message us for details)

*Maximum occupancy is two guests: no additional bed or bedding available.
Only registered guests allowed in the apartment.

*Cleaning provided every alternate day. (Laundry & Dishes not included)

*One set of bath towel provided per guest.

*For stays longer than a week, towels and bed linen changed once a week for free.
Additional change request will incur a charge of Rs.500.

*Guest will need to make their own arrangements for any groceries required or additional amenities not listed during their stay.

Parking is available at the property

*Additional Charge of Rs 1500 for Early Check-in or Delayed Check-out request (depending on availability).
