• Security Deposit:- A refundable security deposit of ₹.2000 payable at the time of check in to caretaker. You get it back at the time of check out.

Damage to Property – Any damage will be charged as per the cost of the damaged property.
Villa Rules:-
1. keep the house and surrounding area clean.

2. Late check out would incurr charges. Every additional hour of stay after 11 am will be charged at Rs 1000 per hour.


3. Do not move any furniture.

4. Maintain pool cleanliness and hygiene. Please take a shower before entering the pool & also wash your feet before entering pool.

5. Smoking & Hukah not allowed inside bedrooms.If found smoking or having hukah inside the villa, the security deposit will be retained. If having hukah outdoors, make sure there is no damage to the property.

6. Music volume to be lowered after 9.pm. If playing in open area. No dj system allowed in the premises.



Cancellation Policy:- If cancelled on or less than 14 days of check in date - 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
