Check in & check out time to be followed.
2) Balance amount will be payable at the time of check in/on arrival in cash. Plz carry cash as there might be network issue. 5% GST is applicable.
3) ATM not available near stay location. ATM available at karjat only (aproox 13 km)
4) Any kind of travelling is not included in the package. ( Local 8 seater Taxi available from karjat railway station at additional charge)
5) Our resort is situated in a Village in the nature. There might be fluctuation in electricity for some time but our team will resolve that so cooperate in such cases.
6) Filtered water available at dining area. If u want packed bottle u can purchase from resort
7) Food (dinner, breakfast & lunch) will serve at dining area only. Not in Rooms
8) Smoking not allowed inside room.
9) If Driver is along with you then there is no separate accommodation available for driver. For driver, food is available at an additional cost i.e 700/- ( Dinner, breakfast & Lunch).
10) Swimming pool access till 11.30 pm. Children below 5 age are not allowed in adult pool. & kids allowed in baby pool under observation of parents only.
11) Management is not responsible for any loss or theft of your personal belongings. (CCTV is there).
12) If any property of the resort is damaged by guest then guest is liable to pay for it.
