The rules are just the same rules you are used to apply in your house: respect of the other people living in the building and for all the things and the furniture in the apartment.
• The rooms are strictly a NO SMOKING; Please don't smoke inside the house as some people are sensitive to the remaining odors.
However, attached gallery (Balcony) can be used for smoking. Apartment sanitizing charges of minimum Rs.1000/ will be charged if traces of smoking found in rooms.

1.Occupancy in the apartment for other than Unit owners:
To avoid any misunderstanding, please note that it is our strict policy that the number of guests who may stay at our apartment must not exceed the number of actual beds existing in the apartment and as disclosed to you whilst booking. Only those persons named on the confirmation Invoice may stay in the property. Subletting is forbidden.

2. Peace and Quiet
Most of the dwellings are owned by private individuals, many of whom live here. It is their home. Please respect their right to peace, quiet and enjoyment of the facilities by observing a few simple rules:
•Keep noise down, more so after 10 pm at night.
•Don’t play games on the lawns (e.g. with balls, frisbee)

•Don’t invite friends to use the pool/gym. It is only for the use of Unit owners or Residents of the Complex. Wear Pool Costume when using the pool & strictly observe Rules displayed near the Pool.
•Do not take furniture out of the apartment
•Do not leave pool loungers or any other personal possessions around the pool after you have finished swimming
•Refrain from hanging towels, clothes in balconies.
•Do not blow horn at late night at the gate or Car Park.
•Do not flush nappies/pads /plastic bags down the W.C.
•Ensure that all water taps, electrical appliances supply is turned off after use.
•We have a no pet policy, please do not bring pets to the Complex.

3. Guests’ Belongings
Guests particularly are requested to lock all doors and windows of the property when going or when going to bed and not to leave keys in the lock. Please do not leave the air on and the windows open when you go out. We shall not under any circumstances responsibility for the loss of residents’ goods or belongings for any reason whatsoever.

4. Damage to Property
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property and its fixtures and fittings caused by them or any other person for whom they are responsible.

5. Personal Injury to Guest
We will not be responsible for any injury or ill health resulting from the use of any of the property’s facilities or for accidents occurring within the premises.

6. Government Rules and Regulations
Guests are requested to observe Government Rules and Regulations in force, in respect of registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms etc. C Form should be filled in and handed over by non Indian guests.
