- Due to Indian Government rules, International tourists or Foreign travelers will have to message me before trying to instantly book as we need to register them with the C-Form process.
- We can welcome only 9 guests in this apartment. Outsiders are not allowed inside the premises.
- A fine will be charged in case of loss of keys, as it is important for the security of our future guests.
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, you can smoke in the balcony area.
- Please do not make noise as we have families staying below the apartment.
- All guests must present valid Government ID cards at the time of check-in
- Washing machine access only for monthly stay.
Please confirm if you can use it before booking.
- Please switch off all electrical appliances when not in use.
- Cleaning is on request and is chargeable extra
- Bedding/ linens and towels will be changed complimentary after 3 nights during your stay if required before the said time, with minimal charges applicable.
- The swimming pool can be used with swimming clothes, everyday from 7 am to 7pm, provided it is not under maintenance or if cleaning is going on.
