- There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours.

- This villa is located in a gated community. Hence, we don't allow music in the outdoor section of the property.

- Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval.

- Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.

- Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily, they will be chargeable.

- Breakfast cooking is included in the stay. Groceries will be charged at actuals. For additional meals, we can provide Chef On Call on a chargeable basis.

Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors/ around the pool area. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire. Fine for smoking inside the villa is Rs.10,000/-

Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable. Guests, who are not checked-in or registered as guests of Vio Stays are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa. Loud music will not be allowed post 9 pm.
