We request the In house guests to turn off all Lights , Fans , Airconditioners , Electronics , Appliances when not in use and specially when not in the premises
Identities of all guests are a must

Pet fee of 2000.00 per pet per stay. If you have more than 1 pet, payment will have to be made separately as on AirBnB pet fee is only for 1 pet.

Early check in and late check out subject to availability and charges
Unregistered guests strictly not alllowed in the premises . If we catch a guest with a unregistered guest there would be a straight fine of 10000.00 and the decision of which would be binding on the guest
